Blockage in Back Lane Our neighbors strongly complained of our blockage of their driveway and back lane. Please keep in mind that there is no double-parking and parking outside yellow lines at the back lane area.

Staff News: Rev. Grace Kim will take a complimentary day off on Tuesday. Pastor Keith Cheung will report on duty starting this week, his office is A13, phone extension: 28, email: keithcheung[at]pgmbc[dot]com. Admin. Secretary Mimi Chu will take her annual leave on Monday and a complimentary day off on Tuesday.

PRAYER & PRAISE

• Rev. To Wong Hui was admitted into hospice palliative care of the Lions Gate Hospital on 8/4. Please pray for his critical situation and the family.
• Rev. Grace Kim’s 85-year-old mother was admitted into hospital due to spinal injury. Mrs. Kim prefers no surgery but to stay in bed for 3 months and take pain killer. Please pray for her recovery.
• Oliver Chan’s father is waiting to be admitted into hospice due to the cancer illness.
• Pray for the volunteers in the coming Soccer Camp: Jason Chau, Jason Lam, Andrea Fei, Rachel Pang, Tom Tsang, Wilbert Law, Jeffrey Ng, Lisa Shum, Heather Tieu and Rachel Vong. Raymond & Marina Chan, Donald & Amy Sun will provide accommodations to the four AIA coaches.
• Pray for the unity of every congregation. Pray that we will serve our LORD God lovingly, willingly with one heart, one faith & one vision.

Way to Mission: Ian Lau has joined Wycliffe Bible Translators and to be sent at the end of this year. He is sharing his vision in different churches. Please pray for his ministry.

“Caring for Critical Disease” Held by CCM and our Caring Dept., the course will run from 9/10-10/29 (every Saturday from 10am to 4pm) in our church. This course is in Cantonese with notes in English. 8/13 AWANA Award Night: All parents and siblings are invited to join us for our year end AWANA Award night in the main sanctuary. Our Award ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm and end with refreshment in the gym at 8:45 pm. Clubbers and leaders, please remember to wear your uniform!
