- English Ministry Plans and Focus for September through December 2026
Throughout this year we have been planning our English ministries around our EM church theme – that of Stepping Out in Faith. As we enter the fall and move into next year we will continue to do so. The first part of the fall we will focus on reconnecting as a community of faith. We will hear reports on September 27 and the Casa de Luz team (October 18). There are two joint services scheduled as well – Thanksgiving Sunday (October 11) which includes a baptismal service and our Missions Conference Sunday (October 25). Then in November we will have a short sermon series based on the book of Philemon. We are calling the series “Becoming a Grace-Extending Community.” Our adult Sunday school will be following the theme of Hope and Hospitality as we encourage you to step out in faith and practice biblical hospitality – that of welcoming the stranger. These classes will run over six weeks – September 20 & 27, October 4, November 1, 8 & 15. Mark these dates on your calendar and plan to attend as we share together in God’s calling on us to step out in faith and be a grace-extending church. There is more planned so keep reading your bulletin for further updates or talk to Pastors Don and Bill.

- The in-person EM Prayer Meeting resumed this past Wednesday. If you would like to be added to be EM Whatsapp group, please contact Pastor Don.
- 9.12-2027.6.26 STEM CLUB
STEM started on Sep 12. You are welcome to invite children in Gr. 1-7 to join. Details please see the poster.
- There is subsidy for PG attendees to join the upcoming Winter Conference from the Mission Fund. First come First Forward your registration confirmation email to before 12/15
- Sunday Bible Study: Starting September 13 through December 13 from 11:30am -12:30pm at Room A10, we will study the Book of Galatians together using the OIA Bible study method, learning how the Apostle Paul defended salvation by grace through faith, reflecting on our Freedom in Christ and how we live in our Community among all the noises and challenges we experience these days.
