Nominating Church Member Representatives to 2025 Deacon’s Nomination Committee, PG members can submit nominations to Pastor David in writing or by e-mail: Please do not contact the nominee(s) as Pastor David will confirm with them regarding their nomination. The names will be included for the election during the AGM on 12/1(Sun)
  2. Guidelines for Cancellation of in-person Sunday gatherings: In case of inclement weather or unforeseen events, the lead pastor, in consultation with the Executive Committee, will decide by 6:00 am on Sunday whether to cancel in-person Sunday gatherings and switch to online activities. A message will be sent to all WhatsApp groups, posted on the church’s website & Facebook. Leaders, please ensure that your members are informed to join the Zoom meetings instead. The gathering time will remain the same as before, with a simplified rundown. The sermon will be uploaded to our YouTube channel at 2:30pm

Prayer-Gospel-Mission-Bible-Caring

  1. In-Person English Ministries Prayer Time on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., please come in through the gym entrance. We will take the first 20 minutes to learn more about praying as Jesus taught us to pray. Then, we will follow up that time with a time of praying together, focusing not only on the needs within our church but also on our community. For further information,contact Pastor Don and watch for follow-up announcements.
  2. 12/13 (Fri.7:00pm) EM Christmas Potluck Dinner in the gym. More details will follow.
  3. 12/22(Sun) Baby Dedication on Christmas Joint Service If you have a child under the age of 2 and would like to dedicate to the Lord in the presence of our church community, please contact the pastors before 12/15.
  4. 11/26(Tue. 7:30pm) Joint Mission Prayer Meeting Zoom ID: 862 6579 1403 Passcode: 888026. Vancouver Island STM team members will share their trip. All are welcome.
  5. 2024 LightHouse Harbour Ministries: Next visit date is 12/12(Thu) 7-9:30pm. Pastor David will lead a team to serve.
  6. The deacon board has allocated an additional $2,000 to the Administrative Department for subsidizing attendees of the upcoming Winter Conference. Forty applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis
