15. Advent Sermon Series

On December 21st we will be joining the Cantonese and Mandarin congregations for a joint Christmas service. The last Sunday of December we will be looking back over this last year as well as looking ahead, “Seeing Through the Eyes of Faith.” It will be an interactive service. Beginning in January we will be starting a new series, “Forging a Real World Faith.”

18. Missions Trip to Casa de Luz in Mexico 2026

A trip is being planned for next year to go on a missions trip to Casa de Luz in Primo Tapia, Mexico. The date that has been tentatively set is the week of June 29 to July 6. The plan is to form a team made up of individuals as well as families. Please feel free to contact Pastor Don if you have any questions, but set this date aside and mark your calendars!

20. Be cautious when receiving messages from individuals claiming to be church staff. False emails and texts are becoming increasingly common. Some of these messages appear legitimate, but they’re not from church staff. If you receive an unusual message requesting money, gift cards, or personal information, verify it with the church first.  Contact the church office or a staff member before responding.  Let’s look out for one another.

2. The JAM program is replaced by Kids’ Corner between 10:00-11:15 in room B7. The kids will no longer join the adults in the English service. This new approach aims to provide our kids with a more natural flow on Sunday mornings and a worship time that’s better tailored to their ages. We’re excited to see how this new rhythm will help them not only better engage at church but also experience His presence in meaningful ways.

The series is on “Living the Message of Christmas.” This Sunday Brian McConaghy from Ratanak will be speaking on offering hope to those whose lives have been broken and filled with a sense of hopelessness and helplessness.
