What does AWANA mean?
The acronym Awana comes from the first letter of the phrase “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed”, which is taken from verse 2 Timothy 2:15 of the Bible.
What is AWANA?
Awana is a global ministry that equips leaders and parents to reach children and youth with the gospel and develop lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ.
When is AWANA 741 meeting?
All meetings take place Saturdays 4:45 – 6:30pm with the exception of Journey.

Puggles
Puggles recognizes the learning ability of the 2 year olds by introducing biblical precepts at church and equipping parents to teach them at home. Toddlers love having their very own Awana club just like their older siblings
Cubbies
Cubbies celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers (3 to 4 year olds) by helping them develop respect for God, His Son, and His Word.
Sparks
Sparks ignites the curiosity of early elementary-aged kids (K- Gr.2) to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ. Sparks club meetings combine learning with fun to create an atmosphere of irresistible excitement for kids.
T&T
T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow – today. The name Truth & Training reflects the passion of AWANA to teach the Gr.3 to 6 boys and girls the truth of God’s Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives.
Trek
Our junior high program (Gr. 7 to 9), Trek, features a 3 year study series to help students have a better perspective of God, consider their destiny in Christ, and pursue Him through life application of God’s Word. It addresses issues of the realities of life faced by junior high schoolers of today.
Journey
Our Senior high program (Gr. 10 to 12) , Journey features an energetic look at biblically based content, life application and an emphasis on Scripture memorization. Journey establishes high school students as lifelong disciples through a deep study of God’s Word, mobilizing them to live with godly perspective and evident faith.
