Rev. Chan has pastored churches in the States and Canada for almost thirty years during which he also served in the boards of different parachurch organizations. Since 2007, he has served in Alliance bible Seminary teaching Homiletics, Church administration, leadership and conflict until 2019.

Rev. Chan retired from teaching in seminary in 2019 and serve as Equipping Pastor (Part-time) of Pacific Grace MB Church.
